Les Menuires Ski Map

Similarly to Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorens, Les Menuires finds itself nestled in the larger ski area of Les 3 Vallées, which offers skiers and snowboarders over 600 km of slopes, more than 150 ski lifts and heights range from over 1,000m to over 3,000m.

Argued by some to be the most convenient location, with Val Thorens, Les Menuires central location within the Three Valleys piste area allows you to venture both sides of the 3 pistes without areas being too far away – having said that, the piste is extraordinarily large so you do have to get a shift on if you want to explore the farthest corners!

Just further down the valley you also have the traditional village of Saint Martin de Belleville, sitting at 1,450m with a modern gondola bringing you up to Meribel and Les Menuires.

Accommodation In Les Menuires

The village of Les Menuires is best served by Geneva, Lyon and Chambéry airports. 2 hours from Geneva and Lyon, whereas 1.3 hours from Chambéry. However, Chambéry is less frequently served.

Less glamorous than its 3 valleys counterparts Courchevel and Meribel that’s for sure. However Les Menuires convenient ski-in ski-out options make it just as appealing, as well as being a somewhat more affordable option. Similarly to the other resorts, Les Menuires again provides a healthy range of restaurants and of course lively bars, pubs and clubs to soak up the après atmosphere.
