Ski Accommodation In France

Ski accommodation in France is often purpose built for tourists, so may not be the most visually appealing. However the vast majority will provide convenience, with plenty of ski-in ski-out hotels and apartments.

Large hotels in Val Thorens and Flaine for example with restaurants, gyms and spas to unwind in. Alternatively, there are fantastic chalets with catered options and chalet style offerings with half-board or even full board.

Don’t forget there are French ski resorts that were there before the skiing and as such, provide some great self-catering options. A great example being Morzine, then on the flip side the purpose built resort of Avoriaz just up the mountain.
