Crested Butte

Crested Butte Ski Map

The Crested Butte piste map and ski resort in Colorado is often called the “Last Great Ski Town”. Celebrated for its rugged terrain, colourful historic town and welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. Located in south western Colorado in the Elk Mountains, it offers an authentic and less commercialised experience compared to many larger resorts in the state.

For skiers who value character, scenery, and challenging terrain, Crested Butte is one of the most rewarding destinations in the Rockies. With around 120 kilometres of ski runs to explore, impressive heights ranging from just over 2,700 metres to over 3,600 metres the snow and coverage is all throughout winter.

Extreme terrain with many ungroomed and natural slopes, the historic town, relatively quieter slopes, beautiful scenery and friendly laid back approach make Crested Butte a firm favourite for many. Not forgetting the off slope activities to keep many happy, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing, ice skating, fat biking, Après ski and more.
