Livigno

Livigno Ski Map

The Livigno ski map and resort is a high-altitude ski resort in northern Italy, famous for its long, snowy season, wide open slopes, and lively yet laid-back Alpine vibe. Often nicknamed “Little Tibet” because of its altitude and climate, it combines reliable skiing with modern infrastructure and duty-free shopping.

Offering well over 100 kilometres of piste to explore, served by modern gondolas and chairlifts with plenty of wide, gentle blue and red runs, make the resort ideal for beginners and intermediates. Less so for advanced and elite riders.

Altitudes range from around 1,800 metres to nearing 3,000 metres ensure excellent snow conditions from late November through April. Plus, extensive snowmaking ensure reliable conditions throughout the winter season.

Livigno piste map and area is a duty-free zone, so shopping is plentiful, perfume, alcohol and electronics can be had for cheaper and is a big attraction. The Après is fun but not crazy, relatively lively and enjoyable bars, restaurants, and wine lounges rather than hardcore partying you may see elsewhere across Europe. Lastly, the town is long and spread out, with free ski buses making it easy to get around.
