The Italian ski resort of La Thuile and La Rosiere combine to form Espace San Bernardo. Espace San Bernardo is a unique international ski area linking France & Italy in the North Alps. Thanks to its South exposure, la Rosière ski resort is a very sunny resort, at 1850 m altitude.
The combined Ski area of offers 143km of slopes and 5.2 km of ski routes with 38 lifts, reaching heights of 2,800m in La Rosiere and 2641m in La Thuile.

La Thuile is not one of the largest and well known resorts in Europe. Subsequently benefiting from smaller crowds in resort and less busy on the piste. Yet, there are a good smattering of bars and restaurants to keep you well entertained, fed and watered in the evening.
