Chastreix-Sancy Ski Map
The Chastreix-Sancy piste map and resort is a charming, small ski area located in the Puy-de-Dôme, in the Massif Central Area, France. Its on the west side of the Sancy massif and known for its tranquil, natural surroundings and panoramic views over volcanic landscapes.
The elevation range of the small resort is relatively impressive, around 1350 to 1730 metres. Only 8 ski lifts, but able to get you around 16 kilometres of slopes, with a good variety of pistes. Which include all types, green, blue, red and black runs – perfect for all ability types in this quaint resort.
Chastreix-Sancy is very much a family resort. Small and peaceful, with only a few lifts and a limited number of pistes, mean it’s not crowded and has a very laid-back feel. The resort of Chastreix-Sancy lies adjacent to the Réserve Naturelle de Chastreix-Sancy, providing a beautiful wild feel. Furthermore, lift passes are incredibly cheap when compared to other super resorts around France. There is also a ski school available, another benefit for families.
