Fernie Ski Map

The Fernie ski map, also known as the Fernie Alpine Resort is a well-known ski destination in British Columbia, Canada. Famous for its deep powder snow, steep terrain, and dramatic Rocky Mountain scenery. It has a strong reputation among advanced skiers while still offering plenty for intermediates and families.

Elevations range from around 1,000 – 2,100m with an extensive piste to explore with over 140km of groomed pistes. The five alpine bowls of Currie, Timber, Siberia, Cedar, and Lizard all provides a variety of groomed runs, powder bowls, and challenging chutes. Not forgetting Polar Peak too.

Additionally, around the Fernie piste map you can expect plenty of long, rolling intermediate cruisers as well as steep lines, gladed skiing, and powder-filled bowls – a big attraction for advanced and expert skiing. Lower down towards the base there are plenty of beginner green runs.

Snow conditions on the piste of Fernie are often excellent throughout the winter due to cold temperatures. Additionally, the lift infrastructure means you can make the most of the conditions with a mix of high-speed chairlifts and surface lifts.
