Mechi Chal

Mechi Chal Ski Map

Mechi Chal predominately falls under the larger resort of Pamporovo, as you can see from the image below and the Mechi Chal Piste Map.

With only 1 ski lift and a few runs coming back down it’s only worth a visit if you’re in the area of fancy mixing it up after being in the Pamporovo resort for a few days – made nice an easy a shuttle bus between Mechi Chal and Pamporovo.

You can buy a combined ski pass valid for both Mechi Chal and the larger Pamporovo ski area, providing access to a larger range of terrain

Mechi Chal is quieter and less commercial than many other resorts. Friendly, stress‑free slopes ideal for families, learners, and those seeking a calmer experience. And the nearby town of Chepelare offers an authentic mountain town, with bakeries, small taverns, and traditional Bulgarian hospitality. As well additional accommodation options.
