Filzmoos Ski Map

The ski resort Filmoos forms part of the wider combined resorts of Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amade. Filzmoos is itself a compact resort offering 20km of piste to explore and runs for a variety of ability, but primarily aimed at beginners and intermediates. There is limited difficult slops, with only 1 short black run on the Filzmoos piste.

Filzmoos also plays host to the Filzmoos International Balloon Festival, for those wanting something other than the delights of snowboarding and skiing. At the Filzmoos International Balloon Festival, in January the sky fills with large multicolour hot air balloons taking to the skies in various activities such as the Dopgas Balloon Challenge of who can travel the furthest, balloon evenings with live music, fireworks and more.
