Formigal Ski Map

The Formigal ski map and resort, officially Aramón Formigal-Panticosa, is one of Spain’s largest and most modern ski destinations. Located in the Tena Valley in the central Pyrenees and close to the French border,

Formigal is known for its lively atmosphere, extensive terrain, reliable snowmaking and a great mix of slope variety. It’s a favourite among Spanish skiers and international visitors looking for a vibrant, sunny ski holiday with plenty of variety both on and off the slopes.

Available on the Formigal piste map to explore include over 140 kilometres of slopes with a good range of slopes and a healthy amount of tricky intermediate and difficult runs. Heights are impressive to, ranging from just over 1,500 metres to over 2,200 metres. The Formigal piste map spans four interconnected valleys including Sextas, Sarrios, Anayet and Portalet.

Accommodation in Formigal

The Formigal accommodation provides something for everyone. Particularly when you have villages in and around the area and close to the slopes.

Formigal village provides more modern ski-in ski-out hotels, with mountain views, ski storage and prime access to lifts. There are numerous apartments and self catering chalets, great for families and groups wanting more space and the freedom to eat out, or dine in. Nearby Sallent de Gállego provides a more traditional Pyrenean village experience and there are some great value apartments options for those on a budget.
