Ordino Arcalis Ski Map
The Ordino Arcalís ski map and resort sits in the northern part of Andorra, high in the Ordino Valley near the French border. More remote and naturally dramatic part of the Pyrenees compared with Andorra’s larger, busier resorts, such as Soldeu.
Ordino Arcalis is the quieter ski resort of the larger Grandvalira ski map. Nestled at the end of the Ordino valley. Away from large scale resorts of bars, hotels and restaurants, meaning this area is a much quieter area of Andorra.
High altitude, the base of L’Hortell is 1940m above sea level and the peak of Les Portelles at 2562m provides some of the best snow conditions in the country. Additionally, largely north-facing slopes help deliver excellent snow quality and a long season.
One of Ordino Arcalís ski maps biggest appeals is its lift-served off-piste and freeride terrain, an unusual aspect for a ski resort. Furthermore, snow-sure bowls and ungroomed areas mean experienced skiers and snowboarders can find deep powder and natural lines, particularly after fresh snow.
Now part of Grandvalira Resorts, skiing on the Ordino Arcalis piste map is included with all Grandvalira lift pass. Or you can purchase a lift pass just for Ordino Arcalis at the ticket windows.
